Seen my Volvo XC60 on their website, pretty much the exact spec I was looking for, lots of extras. Nothing was too much of a problem with Simon, loads of questions and requests from me! After I had the car a day or two I noticed a recurring issue with the central locking and came back and saw Dom and the great team from the workshop, they put everything right. Super friendly team that made my whole experience great and peace of mind over slight issue. Thank you all.

Nothing is too much for these guys. Easy and friendly experience from start to finish. Had a 4 hour train journey to collect the car and they even offered to pick us up from the station.

Do not buy a car from this place , i bought a bmw 1 series from here last october . The first few months i had it i think i took it back 5 or 6 times and they had the car for at least a month and a half alltogether . Ive now had to get rid of the car cause it had no end of problems. When you spend \xa38000 on a car you expect it to be in good condition

Amazing service! Made choosing the right car easy with great advice and the sales procedure was faultless. There were a few small issues with the car that needed sorting before i could drive away so after they were sorted the car was delivered to me which I think is exemptional after sales care Highly recommend this company and the staff are so helpful

Outstanding Service and Aftercare: A True Five-Star Experience We recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Blofield Motor Company, and we could not be happier with the overall experience. From the initial viewing to the resolution of a minor issue after the sale, their commitment to customer satisfaction has been exemplary. Trustworthy Deal & Generous Upgrade The sales process was smooth and professional. As a minor detail, the rear parcel shelf was missing upon collection. Rather than offering a small refund, Dom was incredibly generous and upgraded our warranty package to compensate, showing outstanding integrity and goodwill right from the start. Aftercare Exceeds Expectations A few weeks after collection, the vehicle developed a minor technical issue: the premium Varta stop/start battery failed (a costly component, circa \xa3300). Crucially, this component was technically deemed a consumable item and not covered under the standard wear-and-tear clauses of the warranty. This is the moment when many dealerships fall short, but Blofield Motor Company stepped up immediately. Despite the battery not being a claimable item, Dom quickly agreed to cover the entire replacement cost out of exceptional customer goodwill. Simon then followed up immediately to confirm the brand-new, necessary component was already ordered and waiting for collection at our local GSF under the vehicle's registration. The speed and complete lack of bureaucracy in resolving this were genuinely impressive. They honoured their commitment immediately, ensuring we experienced zero downtime or hassle.
