The experience at Blackburn Audi was great. I spoke to the salesman Neil on the phone and instantly felt at ease, he came across as genuine and honest. He videoed the car, and answered all my questions. Following our conversation I felt confident to travel to Blackburn to see the vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle. Neil and the other staff at Blackburn Audi were very hospitable and professional, for a large dealership the experience felt intimate.
I would highly recommend Blackburn Audi to anyone looking for a new car. From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. Loui and Amelia have really looked after us throughout the whole process and made everything smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble, and we genuinely felt valued as customers. Their communication was excellent, keeping us updated every step of the way and ensuring everything was ready for collection. The level of customer care we received was outstanding, and it made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you, Loui and Amelia, for going above and beyond you are a credit to Blackburn Audi.
I’d recommend Blackburn Audi to a friend because of the brilliant service they provided to me when I recently changed my car. Sajid and Jonah went above and beyond in finding the best possible solution and deal for my old and new cars, they were both absolutely amazing. Amelia looked after us brilliantly on handover day - she was so warm, welcoming and friendly. She gave us great support and information which really helped. Before we finished, another one of the Managers, Dave, came over to see us and check that we were happy with everything. He was very kind and it made us feel like valued customers. All in all, this is an amazing team who really looked after us and did an outstanding job. Thank you!
I'd recommend Blackburn Audi to anyone because the salesman, Louis, has been really great. Really good price for the Audi and great at explaining everything. The only problem is that I haven’t yet been able to pick up the car. Blackburn Audi have been let down by Audi itself producing a car with a safety recall even before registration. Hence I am not entirely satisfied, but that is not really Blackburn’s fault.
