My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because they made my experience super fast and easy which is what I wanted! From the first moment of speaking to Scarlett she knew exactly what I wanted and sorted the deal so fast. Her customer service was one of the best I’ve received and she is doing an amazing job. As I work in a dealership myself I know how hard things can be but nothing was an issue for her and assisted me through everything from her responding to my emails and the aftercare too! I would highly recommend to everyone !!!
My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because all who I met were very welcoming and helpful, from the reception team to the service, finance and sales teams. It is clear that there is an excellent culture. Additionally, I was super impressed with Craig Newton who was not only very knowledgeable but very attentive to my needs. I got the impression that none of my questions were too much trouble and I am very appreciative of all his help and advice. Please pass on my thanks to everyone.
Blackburn Audi were great because from test driving the car, to after care ,nothing was to much trouble ,would definitely recommend buying a car from Blackburn Audi, and a special mention of James from sales who in a friendly manner was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with the process of buying a car .
