Blackburn Audi were good because they addressed all my queries within a few hours. Although, when I asked if there were any bumps or scratches on the vehicle I was told no, there wasn't. There were four scratches, which were dealt with within the hour. The bump was repaired after purchase & was a seamless & trouble free affair. Scarlet was a lovely and pleasant person, as you'd expect, but I would approach her in the future.
I was happy with the service at Blackburn Audi, as Sales Executive David Pirie and General Sales Manager David Collier provided excellent, timely, and supportive customer service. They were polite, friendly, and professional throughout, making the entire process smooth and effortless. Their attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring a positive experience really stood out to me, and it made the whole experience stress-free.
