If i could give 0\u2026I would. I purchased a car from here in November and a few days ago noticed a strange noise coming from it (not even 2 months later). I took it to my trusted mechanic who deemed in \u201cdangerous\u201d and couldn\u2019t believe i was driving it! When purchasing the car from Mike, i was informed it had been put through an MOT just days before collection and passed with no advisories. My mechanic found hundreds of pounds worth of damage (which all conveniently aren\u2019t covered on the rubbish warranty provider used here!). One of which was a problem with the springs - one was severely corroded which wouldn\u2019t of happened in 2 months and should of been an advisory on an MOT and the other should of been a fail for being snapped half off! Another being auxiliary belt which was in an awful state. The list goes on! Mike is very clearly using dodgey MOT\u2019s and allowing his \u2018valued\u2019 customers drive away in unsafe cars. Have the right mind to report this to the DVSA! Wouldn\u2019t trust this place with a barge pole unless you want to be spending another \xa3350 in repairs on it!
Many thanks for the Cascada. I travelled 165+ miles to see the car then drove 165+ home again and was not disappointed. I had been visiting dealers around the country looking at other Cascadas and found that either the cars were in poor condition, too expensive or the dealers downright rude, often all three. The car at BJH was reasonably priced, in good condition the staff were helpful, polite and genuine. I bought the car on the spot. The minor fault with the parking sensors was fixed without quibble, the car serviced and cam belt + water pump changed as promised. Roger who delivered the car for a very reasonable price was very friendly and I would like to pass on my thanks to both him and to Mike. All in all delighted. I've spent an afternoon polishing the car today and it looks fabulous, really pleased with it and wanted to express my gratitude.
A BIG thank you to Mike. After a terrible experience with another garage, I was concerned about pushy salesmen. Not here!!!! Mike was great, giving me time to look at the vehicle, test drive, no pressure and not pushy!! Great Service, Great Knowledge about the vehicle, Great Customer Service, delivering on every promise. I bought what would be considered a cheaper car from the inventory , but was treated as if I was buying brand new.after an inspection of the vehicle I was left to look around for issues I wasn't happy about.a few things came up which were dealt with in the week. when it was time to purchase a lot more things had been sorted than I had not even noticed.such fine attention to detail was a surprise thanks to Mike and his team,I left with a vehicle that I am very pleased with .
