I would like to leave a review for Hasanayn Hussain from Listers Audi Birmingham. He provided excellent service throughout our experience of buying an Audi Q3 sline. From the very first call, he gave us all the information we needed about the car in a clear and helpful way. Once we decided we liked the vehicle, he promptly reserved it for us, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Hasanayn also kept us on track with all the necessary paperwork by sending timely reminders, and he took the time to walk us through the car\u2019s functions when we collected it. His approach was professional, friendly, and very patient. Overall, he is a polite and genuinely helpful person who made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I would like to shout out the outstanding customer service at Birmingham Audi (Solihull). I needed some old data for my 1986 Audi quattro. Steve was really helpful in locating the information for me, which was very helpful. Unfortunately when I went to leave I had an issue with my car.
