Richard was a very open man, he was really good with communications and a very honest man. A couple of things needed replacing in the car and he was very transparent about it. He was happy to answer all my questions. One person had already put a deposit down but was unable to collect the car, Richard gave back the deposit. Not many traders do this. On the day he was happy to return our deposit too, however we liked the car and purchased it. Definitely would go back once my daughter has passed her driving for a car for her
Richard is an absolute professional -trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about cars. His service is fantastic: honest, straightforward, and focused on getting the right outcome.
