I recently purchased a lovely bmw from here i had a little trouble that was swiftly dealt with by Richard I will be using Birks again in the future as my kids are going to be wanting cars at some stage I can't speak any higher the service and standards of customer service were excellent thanks again dean
Richard was very easy and open to communicate with, swift prompt contact and appeared very honest and genuine. He was happy to assist with all my questions and arranged viewings at my convenience. Car was exactly as described, excellent condition with very competitive price. I Would 100% deal with Richard in the future 5/5
What can I say about this car dealer I've just bought a BMW 520d se 2011 , Richard went above and beyond to help me as I have a bad back he delivered to my door and the car is spot on engine sounds like it's new so well looked after full service history and he even put over a half tank of diesel, it was a pleasure to see that there is some good car salesman still around and Richard is definitely one of them, honest no way pushy to buy he doesn't have to good cars sell themselves, thanks Richard for sorting everything out for me and I hope you have a safe journey home god bless and thanks \U0001f64f\U0001f44d
I sold my car to Michael as I never used it. He came out to see it and he gave it a really good look over showing that he only buys good quality cars. We agreed a price and the job was completed. All paperwork was completed there and then and he was a great guy to deal with. Mark
