Superb service & they do exactly what they say they will. I've sold many cars to these guys now and they've always been very honest and transparent whilst sticking to there word with an agreed valuation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team down here and will continue to use them as my first port of call.
Where do I start Bought a rs3 from them in July 2025 they TOLD me they looked over the car before sale LIE \u203c\ufe0f within the first month to the start of the second month I was hearing a wired sound coming from under the car mind I only put just under 1,000 miles on the car , I booked it in with a well known company , come back with the transfer box was the problem and needed rebuilding , I call Binca up to let them know what was going on this toke back and forth with them and there warranty company for 4 MONTHS fighting from them to pay , they sent a inspector out which thankfully it went my way and they part paid the bill and received the car back in January 2026 , two month after this I got another problem which is really concerning as it was to do with timing chain which has been out for a very very long time and they said ITS MY PROBLEM NOW THE BEST THEY COULD DO IS PAY \xa3500 which won\u2019t touch the sides on a \xa33.3k repair bill I would highly recommend avoiding Binca unless you want to spend thousands to repair a car , I could go on and on with everything that\u2019s gone on but I\u2019m not going to waste my breath on this SCAM OF A COMPANY, I have emails and WhatsApps with company what a joke and I wish I did my research properly as I\u2019m not the only person that\u2019s had issues with this company \U0001f621\U0001f621\U0001f621
Bought range rover from this company had it for a month and the vehicle is now not drivable, left stuck at another garage for a month, no one has offered to collect and sort out the issue, all they are doing os sending you tube videos, really so proffessinal, would not touch this company again, oh by the way you will sort it or i want a full refund ...pathetic half a job bobs

Calvin is a time waster. Made me come from London down to hiw site under the promise there would be work for me to do. When we arrived, prepared to spend a day on a car hed asked us to work on, he turned around and told us sorry I forgot and the car isnt there. Instead of dealing with us professionally thats all we got from him. Hes unprofessional, didnt seem to care he had wasted our time and behaved like he is allowed to do this because he has a few views on YouTube. Honestly ive been waiting a long time to post this, Calvin, over 2 years ago you did this to me, COWBOY.
