I bought a BMW5 series from this place. I drove down from Birmingham as I thought it was a reputable company with good standards because I watched their videos on YouTube and they look decent. However, I was sold a car that was salvaged and they didn’t tell me Only two weeks later, the car broke down on the motorway The warranty provider said they couldn’t help and it was in the small Print I called them and they didn’t want to know I had to repair that BMW out of my own pocket and I was a huge financial distress at the Time Extremely disappointed

What an absolute waste of time. Sent them details of my car early November, after some discussion and negotiation, we agreed on a price only to then not have my messages responded to for a whole week. After asking them why they aren’t responding, they told me they aren’t buying cars right now so I’ve just sat here for a whole month thinking they’ll buy the car. Good job guys, really professional. Hi, Thanks for your message. I understand you may receive a high volume of enquiries, but the issue here isn’t that I didn’t “pop in” — it’s that we had already discussed the car in detail, agreed on a price, and then I was left waiting for almost a month with no update. It’s not practical for me to simply pop in without clarity beforehand. That’s why I did my due diligence, provided all the information you asked for, and negotiated a price before making the trip. Being based far away, I wanted to avoid exactly this kind of wasted journey. If you weren’t buying cars at the moment, that could have been communicated in a single sentence. Instead, I was left assuming the deal was still going ahead. Your social-media traffic isn’t really the issue — it’s the lack of communication after negotiations had already taken place. A simple follow-up would have avoided all of this. I wish you all the best, but constructive feedback is important: once a price is agreed, keeping the customer informed is basic professionalism.

I sold a car to Binca recently and the process was quick and easy. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and made it easy for me. I normally wouldn't sell at trade price but being messed around selling privately before the idea of a quick deal appealed to me. I reached out to these guys with info on my car and a little info about me. They have a large social media presence and regularly make videos surrounding their business and customers, posting them on their YouTube channel. They responded quickly to my email and we provisionally agreed a price subject to Calvin coming to see the car and asked if I would be happy for them to make a video while agreeing a deal. Calvin came to view the car and was very personable and made the process quick and easy. I sold the car, at a price that worked for me and it was a quick and easy process! I would be more than happy to sell to, or buy from these guys again in the future.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻When I asked them about the common issues of that BMW and whether it had any related repair history, they immediately avoided the question and refused to answer. It’s a dealership with highly suspicious sales practices. …

6 hours ago How it should be done Great service for start to finish. Part exchange value was good and fair. The car that was brought was ready to take away that day. Sam was professional and very easy to deal with. Also warranty first is a good company to deal with when having any warranty work done. So over all more than happy. Would recommend and use again in the future well done all and thank you

EDITED!! I have recently tried to sell my car I bought from here now all the problems are fixed only to find out it has a mileage discrepancy , MOT from 2017 shows 193k miles but car is now on 86k miles. Considering how much Calvin pushes carvertical on his YouTube channel and he supposedly checks every car he buys , can someone please contact be about this issue I’m not saying don’t buy from here but just be Very careful and make sure the car your after has no issues. I bought a “green sticker” bmw 3 series a few months ago , came with 3 months warranty. 2 days after collecting I had a judder going through the car when braking. Took the car back to binca to be repaired but they failed to fix the issue. I then took the car for a diagnostic and it came back brake reaction arms & front discs and pads were the issue. Binca were only happy to cover the reaction arms and not the brakes as they were fine. Had another garage check the brake discs , they had no life at all left on them so did need changing. Was then told to go through warranty , after sorting warranty out for 2/3 weeks they decide to tell me they don’t cover what needs fixing. Got back in touch with binca and they were happy to sort the reaction arms and I had the car booked in for 30th September ( almost 3 months after problem occurred) , I then came to find more problems on the car so decided I wanted a refund. No person wants to spend almost \xa310,000 on a car and immediately have to be taking it to garages for repairs , Contacted Binca for a refund / Consumer rights act 2015 - dealer has one opportunity to repair , if it’s still not right your entitled to a refund. The car I bought was \xa39319 and they try to offer me \xa37000. I did not want you to buy it off me at trade price , I want my money back for this faulty car which should never have been advertised as it looks like it wasn’t checked properly. Hopefully someone can get in touch with me and sort this before it goes to far
