Wow I cannot fault this company for excellent customer service. Ease of contact, smooth purchasing experience from start to finish. Neil is exceptional I would highly recommend. Nothing was too much hassle and he responded promptly to any message. I was nervous because my purchase was a distance purchase but any concerns were soon alleviated all due to the exceptional management of the sale by Neil. Thank you

Came accross the car online, after a few conversations with Felix & Darren i decided to leave a deposit and make the trip up to Derby from Cardiff, The car was prepped and ready for me when i arrived and it did not dissapoint, the transaction was smooth from start to finish, the staff couldnt do enough to make the whole process seamless, Would highly reccomend this garage to anyone looking for a Sports or Prestige vehicle

Buying a premium vehicle can be a worry, especially from people you haven’t dealt with before, but that worry disappeared quickly dealing with Benz Bavarian. The communication and service from Neil was second to none, even after the sale the follow up to ensure I was still satisfied with my purchase went beyond many main dealers I have dealt with previously. Do not be afraid to part with your hard earned money here, the vehicle was exactly as described, dare I say better, and the service was top class. Thank you!

By far the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. The car I wanted popped up on a saved search, and I messaged about it whilst on a night shift. Obviously wasn't expecting a response for a day or so, but got messages back from Neil the same night and the following day with car details, service history and to arrange a viewing if I was happy with the details. We went over to look at the car which was immaculate inside and out, and went out for a test drive with Darren who explained all the features of the car and spec etc. When we got back, I knew I wanted to buy it, so Darren started the process. I said I wanted it detailing and ceramic coated, and the the job that Lee did was phenomenal to say the least. It was so shiny, its like driving a mirror! Darren was sending me photos all along of the detailing and keeping me updated. Honestly couldn't ask for more from anyone one there, and everyone went above and beyond in every aspect. Im hoping I won't have any issues with the car in the future, but I'm sure their aftersales service will be just as good. Thank you for everything, and letting my daughter sit in the Ferrari 😊
