Just bought my first (hopefully not last) used Bentley GT from Ryland Bristol. Called the day before to view and on arrival the car was spotless and beautifully prepared for test drive. Ben and Alfie both extremely professional, explaining finance options clearly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle with zero sales pushiness.Special mention here to Alfie who arranged transfer of private plates, vehicle detailing, prepared a 20 minute clear explanation of the vehicles operating systems and personally delivered the car to my house with a Bentley giftbag! Could not recommend highly enough...
Had my GTC serviced here and dealt with Fyan. After telling Ryan, the collection driver and Ryan again I still never heard if the issue I reported was resolved or fixed. I chasing Ryan again and he said he would check with the technician and never got a phone call back. Also, I was appalled by the mark up of a tyre I was quoted exactly th same from a tyre firm and the garage and they quoted me double the price. This on top of the terrible service I received when looking to buy a nearly new car from them I would never recommend them as a dealer.
