DO NOT USE BCS AUTOMOTIVE - Shame on you Braw ! I have been recently sold a car that is unfit for purpose. A few days after purchase the service engine light came on. Braw said he would come and diagnose it and failed to do so. I then had to get take it to a garage to be told it’s unsafe to drive and had to get it towed due to lack of response from BCS. I was eventually offered a repair which I declined as I had lost faith in them and wanted a refund as I’m entitled to within 30 days. After sending several emails and calls I’ve had no joy. I would not recommend getting a car from BCS . I would not want anyone else to go through this. Check them on trustonline - zero stars !!!

Beware! Do not buy from this company complete fraudsters had nothing but trouble since the day we bought the car and they want nothing to do with it. Directors close the company down and reopen every couple of years in a new name… stay away!!

Honestly one of the nicest car dealers I’ve ever dealt with! Everyone was so friendly, genuine, and down-to-earth - no pushy sales talk at all. It was refreshing to see a car that was exactly as described in the ad, which really shows how honest and trustworthy they are. The whole experience felt relaxed and straightforward, and I left feeling completely confident in my purchase. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and honest car-buying experience.

I would strongly advise against buying a car from BCS Automotive. While they were friendly during the sale, they were completely dishonest about the vehicle’s condition. The car I purchased was found to have contamination in the engine and a history of flood damage, something they never disclosed. After the purchase, they stopped responding to my calls and messages, leaving me with no support or explanation. From my experience — and from what I’ve since seen with other customers — this seems to be a pattern. Avoid this company. They will take your money and hand you a car that is unsafe and unfit for the road, with no accountability or customer care afterward.

Waited a couple of months before posting my review to see how the car performs and to see if any faults appear. The car I bought was a BMW 550I GT from Braw, great guy by the way and very helpful. The car looks and drives amazingly and very happy with the purchase. If you're looking for a decent second hand car then I would recommend BCS

Worst seller ever. The car broke within a week and then charged \xa3600 on the pretext of getting a refund from the AA warranty which Braw Fracs never refunded. Did not even receive calls or response to text. Think twice before buying from him. Don’t trust when he says he can help with the AA warranty. He claimed on our behalf and didn’t even refund the money. The car had major fault with bearings and he tried to put it on us. If we had an option we would have reported to AA for fraud.
