Called to come and view to purchase a golf r. Arranged to collect on viewing and pay cash. Drove 2 hours as agreed to be told car sold 5 mins before we arrived over the website. Given attitude from Ben and told he would prefer the extra \xa31500 from finance commission than have a deal with us despite us agreeing and travelling 2 hours to see him. Unprofessional and awful customer service. AVOID

Very easy buying process, clear communication and no pressure. What I also liked is the fact Ben is a real car enthusiast so very knowledgable about the cars he sells rather than just being a salesman.

BC Performance Cars recently collected and purchased my Ford Focus ST through Carwow, and the experience was excellent. The process was fast, Ben kept me updated throughout, was friendly and approachable. Jake arrived in a timely manor, did an inspection of the vehicle. Stated reasons for a reconsideration of the price and overall had a good level of knowledge and interpersonal skills. The final offer was reasonable, and the money was in my account within minutes. They were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Said goodbye to my beautiful i20n.Ben at BC Performance cars was keen to purchase it from me and after a quick inspection gave me exactly the figure we had agreed on the phone beforehand, no messing or reduction of his offer. Very easy transaction and the funds were in my bank account right away. Easiest car sale ever. Thanks Ben, hope she has gone to a good home.
