Good points. Salesman was happy to arrange to extend the reservation of the vehicle for additional time while the finance was arranged. That's about all the good points. Did not ask for a discount on the vehicle but delivery was more expensive than quoted though your website and was told this could not be reduced as it should already have been more. Car had lots of tar spots which I have now sorted and wipers needed immediate replacement. Car came with no type 2 cable which for an electric car of that price is not acceptable and arguably not fit for purpose. Salesman advised that they would not make a plan to have one sent to me. Car was over 12K and you wouldn't even throw in a £60 cable Absolutely no contact after sales. If it wasn't for the fact that the car itself drives lovely it would have been sent straight back.
I'd endorse Baylis Stroud because the staff are very friendly, we have dealt with baylis (stroud) over a number of years we have purchased vehicles through them had our vehicles serviced & much much more.
