I'd recommend Baylis Ross On Wye to anyone. They have been fantastic throughout the sales process and couldn’t have done more for me. I was taken on two test drives to help me select a vehicle and was put under no pressure at all to purchase. Everything was fully explained during the sales process and the vehicle was immaculately presented at handover. It was refreshing to have such great customer service and care in this modern world.
I'd recommend Baylis Ross On Wye to anyone because Stefan, the sales person was great. He allowed me space and time to make a decision. Options available were discussed and it felt like any request I had (test drive, moving cars from another dealership) were no problem at all. I really appreciated the after sale call, just checking in to ensure all was well with the car. Thanks for everything Stefan.
