From my arrival at the dealership to driving the car away Murray was professional, friendly and helpful while not being pushy in any way. We test drove a few cars and then had a chat about the car I liked. Murray answered all my questions and went through all the paperwork with me with no pressure. Murray kept me up to date until I could pick the car up, went through all the basics before I drove away and phoned a few days later to make sure everything was ok. I reported a fault with the car and was assured this will be dealt with. I am very happy with the service received and I love my new car!
The experience at Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil was overall good staff were friendly and helpful, the only issue was paint issue on roof peeling which wasn't noticed until got car home, roof resprayed as good will gesture but not outcome wanted but had no choice but to agree!
