I had a great experience at Baylis Cheltenham because everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Craig who was very calm on my test drive when I was very nervous. Everything was explained with clarity and patience. I had a couple of minor issues after collection and they were both sorted with no trouble at all. Will not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future.
I would not recommend Baylis Cheltenham because I purchased a vehicle at a much higher cost monthly but the car is faulty. The tracking is off which they have seen and agreed with but they have no tracking machine so we have to go somewhere else to have this done. Extremely inconvenient
My experience at Baylis Cheltenham was positive because Charlie was an excellent sales person who was extremely kind and thorough however the same can’t be said for the Manager who didn’t even come out an acknowledge a potential customer and was not even interested in giving any discount or extras. Have had better service from the manger at my last Honda dealership. If it weren’t for Charlie and his good customer service I would not have bought the car. The delivery drivers weren’t as clued on as I expected. I have had to muddled thru the specifics of the car and at 71 years of age that is a challenge.
