Have to agree with all of the other reviews, fantastic service from the beginning and after. Brought a black C class cabriolet . In excellent condition, It came with a brilliant service record and cleaned to a very high standard. I wasn't happy with one of the tyres, James had it replaced with a top of the range. People have since commented on the finish of the car. I took out the extra warranty, which I am glad I did, as I had an issue (engine management warn light) which was dealt. Just bought my lovely Cayenne Hybrid from James Bateman at their Liskeard branch. Can’t fault their service, just great to deal with. Charge cable was missing but they provided me with one.. no problem. Also had a small kerb scratch on a wheel and I was very happy with how James dealt with it. Can’t fault them at all. So refreshing to find a friendly and trustworthy used car dealership. Highly recommend.
