Absolutely amazing customer service from Basevan ! Talk about go above and beyond customer service ! Had a flat tyre when I got home and Rupert sent his dad up with a whole wheel and tyre the next day ! Then to top it off a year later we meet up and go for steak dinner at miller and carter ! Top man is Rupert and I would highly recommend looking no where else but BASEVAN for your next van !! Thanks mate

We have just purchased our second vehicle from Basevan. Communication was great, we were unable to view directly,so the guys made two videos for us . They also provide a delivery service for a reasonable cost ,if you are unable to collect your vehicle. If we ever need another van we would definitely use them again. We can highly recommend them.

Bought a 26T Volvo curtainsider. Was promptly delivered to the port for export by basevan. Now fulfilling contracts in Zimbabwe.

UPDATED 😃 👌 Got my Ambulance, 6 new tires, fresh MOT, a good service, rang me to say it was ready, and would early delivery be OK? Of Course! It is 100% as described, AND they did all the stuff they said they would, shopping for it through their HUGE range, they gave me freedom to browse ALL their stock (not just ambulances, they've got LOADS of cool stuff) answered all my silly and endless questions, showed me vans that were in their workshops having various things done, windows hatchways etc, and even took the time to say ' come and look at our PERSONAL vans, and see what we've done and can do! And their delivery driver was a top Fella, didn't even want a brew, but dropped the Ambulance (now called Mort) off, and collected my trade in, they have been MEGA helpful, genuine friendly and didn't apply pressure, just gave me options 😉 pics are just SOME of their Stock!!!!

We visit base van yesterday and the vans were well layed out and easily accessible, Robbie was very friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Reasonable priced vans for all types of projects.
