Very helpful, extremely professional. We travelled from Ayrshire and John was a great help and all the guys are friendly too. Not pushy and ensured that the car we purchased not only passed the MOT, he also paid to ensure all advisory issues were fixed. They also ensured a new 'Get home' tire. Without a doubt, next car we get will be from here and highly recommend to anyone. Like finding a reliable hairdresser is gold dust, finding a trustworthy Motor sales place is even more so. I needed my car serviced and MOTd , Balmoral team came to pick up the car from my house . After it had gone in for MOT and failed with major defect. John came up as I was leaving as said look man, we can offer you a car and you won't have to worry about anything anymore. John and his team assisted me with applying for my new car finance, walked me through all the necessary paperwork and made sure i got the car that suited my needs ,travel, work and suchlike. It took a week from application but they called me every single day updating me on what's happening , the progress and everything else. When I expressed my financial situation the team at Balmoral reassured me every step and said they'd handle the rest "you'll get the car you need without fail ,leave the rest to us ". I am proud to say they have your interests at heart at no point did I feel cheated they reminded me through out how things work , my warranty, finances and if I needed anything at all in that regard to not hesitate to call. I was told , if I keep my car in good condition for the next year or 2 I can come back and get a newer one. On the day I first met the Balmoral team I told them I don't have transport, they drove me home, on the day I got my car I hadn't put my insurance on yet , guess what ? They drove me home and we had a casual chat the whole way. Take it from me , this is your best choice they'll take good care of you .
I have recently moved to the area. I needed a garage I could trust to look after my car. I called Balmoral to book my MOT. They managed to squeeze me in the next day. Repairs required were all explained to me and I was quoted a great price. Had the car back the next day. Great service and prices for all my work. Thank you.
Went with my son to view a car, we agreed a deal with a small discount for cash and 2 days later we had agreed to go pick up the car. The night before the salesman rang us to say don\u2019t come for the car as we can\u2019t sell it to you now with some story that doesn\u2019t make sense. I think the reality is they got a better offer, a car dealer not to be trusted, very disappointing.
