I can only give 5 stars but that seems flimsy tbh, i was on a tight budget but in need of a reliable motor. BR car sales was recommended to me by my brother! Not only did Brian meet my needs, he was really helpful and a friendly guy rolled into one. Can't recommend this company highly enough. I would definitely use this company again! I bought a ford focus ST from Brian back in October. The car looked absolutely perfect from the outside but not even two weeks later the faults started to show. And I\u2019m still finding faults done by this garage to this day. It was up and down to the garage 5 times fixing the same issue which was the DPF, but it took them the whole 5 times to even work out what the issue was. The rear drop links had snapped a week after I purchased the car and they were \u201cfixed\u201d on the first trip up to also get my dpf looked at. Today I have come across the \u201cfixed\u201d drop links which weren\u2019t fitted the right way. I have attached a picture. Also after all the luxurious wax and polish had worn off the paint work is worse for wear. Not to mention they also washed the car for me on one of the times they had it and damaged the lacquer on the driver side back quarter panel. The service light is now on after I was told a service had been performed on the car. Please be cautious when purchasing a car from here as I didn\u2019t only pay over the odds for this car as I was promised it would be faultless but I have been left out of pocket now on more than one occasion.
I recently had to replace my car which I\u2019d had for a long time and I was dreading doing this due to previous experiences and now being a more mature lady! I needn\u2019t have worried though as Bryan and his team were professional but friendly and answered all my numerous questions putting my mind at ease. I\u2019m now the owner of a lovely Vauxhall Corsa and have no hesitation in highly recommending BR Car Sales. Should I live long enough to require another car I will definitely be back!

I bought a car here seven years ago and it was a no-brainer to go back last week when I needed a decent replacement runabout. The car I'd seen on their website had been serviced and detailed, and I was out on a test run within 15 mins. Bryan gave me the car's history during the drive, and clearly knew the vehicle well. He's genuinely easy to get on with and there's zero sales pressure. While we were signing the paperwork and paying, the car was MOTd (no advisories) and given an extra wash. It's a busy place with a good range of cars, more than you see on the website, I think. Well worth a visit just to look around. The premises are really tidy and well kept. It'll be my first port of call for the next car. I was in and away, in the new car, in about an hour and a half. P.S. Not only did Bryan cover the tax for me, he gave me a tenner from his pocket. The low fuel light was on and he would usually pop in a tenner's worth before handing the car over! Class!
I'd hoped to never come across this place again. Avoid like the plague - I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. They must all be from his friends. The man is a crook through and through. A family member (who is a vulnerable person) was mis-sold, what I eventually found out was a vastly over priced car. To cut a long story short - a new engine was required which was more than the car was worth and it ended up away with the scrappie after they'd had it for no more than 6 months, and lost **thousands** of pounds. It wouldn't have been so bad if the car had been sold at it's actual value. The communication then received from BR Car sales when trying to recoup some money (legally), and take some responsibility for mis-selling the car as roadworthy and safe and a fair price (to a vulnerable person) was so unbelievably rude and completely void of any accountability or responsibility. My family member didn't have the resolve to pursue the situation so was left out of pocket- and car-less. As above : complete con-man - avoid.
