Me and my partner went to go and see a seat Ibiza, as soon as we walked in we were welcomed and spoken to with respect. They moved 4/5 cars so we could test drive the car. As soon as we decided we wanted the car they helped us with everything and asked us if they were anything we wanted doing to the car. We asked for the air con to be re gas and there was a scratch on the car which they touched up. We will defo recommend and we will be returning in the future. We would like to say a massive thank you to Reece and Jordan for all there help!
Had a fantastic experience buying our new car from AW Carhouse. Super quick and easy, Jordan Wray was our sales person, he was very friendly, professional and at no point did we feel pounced on or pressured to make a quick decision. We would go back again when looking for our next car and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with the car and the buying experience too. When I was told the car failed its check I had mixed emotions but it proved the checks were done correctly and thoroughly not just a tick box. The cabin heater was found to be at fault, the team there sorted a main dealer repair, comms via WhatsApp was top class. No sales pressure for extras, just a professional explanation. A better experience than I\u2019ve had with many top brand car retailers.
After having a stressful time searching for a new car, I popped into have a browser and see what AW carhouse had to offer. I was extremely happy with the quality/price of the cars they had ob offer. We took our Renault Clio Lutecia to AW and dealt with Stuart, who we found to be a calm, good listener with a wide knowledge of vehicles.We could not agree a part exchange deal there and then, but Stuart gave us a week to sell our vehicle and then purchase his. We did not sell our vehicle within a week, but liked the Renault Captur he had on sale so we bought it. Stuart efficiently arranged for it to be delivered to Leeds. After a happy first drive, on the second day we were shocked to see duct tape hanging down from under the vehicle and further inspection revealed a cracked "plastic" engine cover. Stuart was contacted and immediately got onto the problem. There was no unpleasantness, we and he just wanted to put this matter right. This we have done to both party's satisfaction. Stuart is a model example of how salespeople should deal with customers and any problems that might arise!
Met a lovely gent called Reese who was very open and honest about the car I purchased, no pushy sales. There was regular contact to keep me informed about the car as I waited for it to be ready for collection. He told me when it went off for the MOT, he told me when it was being valeted and the expected day for it to be ready for collection and it was.
