Having sold a lovely BMW X1 to a customer down in Salisbury. I was recommended Avon motor company through a mutual car dealer. Having called Mark he couldn't have been any nicer and helpful recommending a trust worthy honest BMW specialist for our customer to take her BMW X1 to get a second opinion. As she thinks she might have a slight issue with steering. Having spoken to Mark he recommended two seperate garage he uses and trusts. This is the way the motor trade should be honesty and trustworthy. Thanks for being helpful and will happily recommend you and your company to anyone. Thanks Scott

We brought my son’s first car, an i10 from Mark and Peter at Avon valley motors. Communication and customer care has been outstanding and the hand over of the vehicle was so easy and efficient . Mark had everything in place and was so organised and transparent.He explained about the warranty and we received all the relevant paperwork . Everything he promised us was in place which was so refreshing as that hasn’t always been our experience when buying a second hand car. I loved that he took the time to explain the process to my son so he felt included. We had a problem with the car in the first few weeks and Mark took ownership of the problem .He went out of his way to collect and return the car so my son wasn’t inconvenienced. Excellent buying experience at Avon Motor Company with Mark. I bought a Volvo V40 with low mileage and full service history, and was able to test drive with no fuss and absolutely no pressure selling of any kind. A couple of very minor cosmetic issues were rectified without quarrel, and Mark went out of his way to ensure that the car's infotainment and navigation was up to date, all free of charge. After 2 months of ownership, I'm still very happy with every aspect of the vehicle. All in all a very straightforward, honest and fulfilled experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Avon Motor Company to anyone.
