This review is long overdue, should've left it much sooner. I bought a car from John. Three weeks later the transmission has failed. John kindly agreed to replace with another second hand one, which happened to be faulty as well. I wasn't expecting much out of it, but John decided to take car back and make a refund. I've ended up buying another car from Avante Cars and kept coming back to look at other vehicles. If you ever thought that I was wasting your time, I hope you aren't too mad at me, John. Good garage, good lads. Can't recommend enough
Avante Cars have been absoloutely outstanding especially with customer care and support. I bought a Volvo V40 R Design. Cracking car inside and out. There was 2 issues with the car which is normal. John was understanding and arranged to get the problems fixed ASAP. The mechanic at Avante cars fixed both issues right away and I recieved the car back the same day. This is a car business that I would highly recommend if you need a decent car. Avante cars really care for their customers especially after the car sale. Would definetely go back 100% if I needed another car.
Bought a car here back in June (meriva) had a small problem with it next day, phoned John, took the car in, fixed no quibble. Car going well, no more issues. Great company to deal with. John was very helpful with sorting out the tax and insurance for me. Would not hesitate to recommend and would be more than delighted to purchase from here again.just bought another car from here traded in meriva that I got from here for a zafira also my daughter bought a Peugeot 3008 on the same day john was very helpful and professional would still highly recommend
I bought a C4GP from Avante around 4/5 months ago. I am in Aberdeen whilst the garage is in Airdrie so a 4hr round trip to view. The car is a 2014 with 60k on the clock and came with a 3 month (or 3000 mile) warranty! Where can I start with this garage? Not done a review before but felt compelled because my experience has been so positive. Customer service was the best with line of communication open whenever needed regardless of weekend or evenings. I thought that my clutch was slipping a few days after I got the car so called the garage and the car was promptly collected by a driver and I was left with a courtesy car for the car. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the clutch and it was ALL to do with my driving hahaha! Great service, yard full of cars that have had some loving care before being out out there and the guys that work there are genuinely nice people. Just a small wee business with the salesman, mechanice and a driver they get to do the deliveries etc. Great experience and will be the first place I look when looking for our next car \U0001f697 P.S turns out the car is the best motor I have ever owned too \u2665\ufe0f
I seen a car I liked and called the garage. I didn\u2019t want to lose the car so I paid a reasonable amount of a deposit over the phone with John. He secured the car for me and I picked it up the next day. I am always worried about buying used cars but this was an easy and nice transaction when I arrived a good feel about the place. I had to use the train to the garage and John arranged for one of his staff to pick me up at the station, which I thought was really nice, not many people go out there way these days. I am a very fussy customer and I think I\u2019ve left a few reviews in my time, however I felt this garage worthy deserves it. There was lots of choice of cars and well presented and priced. Well done to them. I would recommend this Garage and I will be buying another car from here once my daughter passes her test.
