Jay Afsar at auto unit has been so helpful to us in this whole process. He tried his best to get us our dream car. The customer service was spot on. He helped us to sort out everything for us including setting up our road tax finding us best deal on insurance and finance. He even gave us a spare child seat as we had not carried our seat! We had a very warm welcome by Jay S when we booked an appointment to see a car and take it for a test drive (he even brought out an umbrella which was lovely as it was raining - very nice touch). He gave us plenty of time to have a look at the car and lots of space, we didn\u2019t feel rushed in anyway which is important. Very friendly and we were comfortable asking lots of questions. When we took the car home we found a chip in the windscreen, Jay was super helpful and we got this resolved. We highly recommend this car dealership. Very friendly, welcoming and honest. Thank you Jay for making it a lovely experience.
Very helpful when working out how to apply for a new car and explained everything in detail and broke down how I can apply for things like tax and new applications , highly recommend when looking to buy or finance a car nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I can\u2019t recommend them enough top job guys and thanks for all your help
