If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a car. Delivered with multiple faults. Dealership gives every excuse under the sun and avoids fixing anything. Now in the process of a vehicle inspection booked for Friday to formally reject the car. Cowboy doesn’t even come close to this dealership. Avoid like the plague. EDIT I was waiting for you to reply and lie through your teeth so I could post the evidence. The parking sensors were not disclosed at point of sale - they were disclosed on delivery by the delivery driver. But - let’s have it your way, disclosed at point of sale. They are now fixed aren’t they? No? Why not? Why have you not sent us the parts you promised to send? The car was delivered on 20th December. We are now 4 weeks later. You have not communicated with my wife at all. You have not communicated with First Response or Car Money either. I will now upload all the emails you have been sent that you have failed to respond to. Anyway, no need to go on any further. Would you like to edit your post then and tell us when you intend to come and collect the vehicle?

Bought a BMW 3 series from this dealership. Very smooth and seamless process and the staff were extremely knowledgeable in sorting out an ideal car and finance for me. Drove out the same day with a new car. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in buying a car

Steer clear! Sells cars with major issues and then does his best to avoid any accountability. Warranty also isn't worth the paper it's written on. AVOID!!!

I’ve purchased a few cars from these guys over the past few years and more recently for my daughter. They have always been personable and the service is outstanding. I’d highly recommend!

Bought a car from these people back in August. All looked fine on viewing test drove fine. Drove 2.5 hours to get there with 3 kids in the car in sweltering heat, got 40 minutes away from the dealership after collecting and the car went into limp mode. Upon looking the coolant tank was empty... so we refilled not thinking to much of it, messages these people straight away once we had stopped at a service station to tell them of the problems. got it home and parked up for the night, the next day we checked the coolant and once again it was empty, messages them again to tell them there was something wrong with the car, it took them 5 days to respond to me and in those 5 days i was without a car, eventually they agreed to it going into a vat registered garage and they would pay for repairs. The water pump had gone and the hoses needed replacing. Done that, took it home 2 days later the engine light was back on and car in limp mode... once again no coolant in the tank. Told these people again and never heard back from them. So I took it upon myself to have the car repaired. The egr unit was leaking. Upon inspection by the mechanic the car was actually pressuring up to much which is what is causing all of the things to blow because there is a possible head gasket issue or the engine is cracked. The car has now be sat since September in a garage un drivable and guess what these folks are doing about it? Sweet nothing cannot even get hold of them!!! Absolute joke of a company selling dodgy cars. The car is on finance and the warranty this company offer isnt worth the paper it's written on. Even the finance company's wont help I have had to escalate to the ombudsman because like hell are you dodgy cowboys getting away with this.

We are extremely happy with the service and the honesty that the company and employee treated everything. They made sure to describe the car in detail and if there was any imperfections they made sure to let us know before hand which was really nice and helpful as we live far. They helped with making sure that i was okay to drive away, showing us how to use the car. Finance was quick and was able to leave the same day without any issues. Thank you for the honesty and help. I really love my new peugeot😁.
