He arranged for the car to be repaired at our local garage and stayed in constant communication throughout the process, liaising directly with them to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Once the repair was completed, Chris promptly settled the bill without any hassle, demonstrating genuine professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. We had superb service from Chris on purchasing our Kia Sportage. There were a couple of minor issues but this was sorted and fixed within days. We are very happy with the car and would definitely use again, and very highly recommended Chris and his team, if you want a honest, upfront and totally customer based service. Thank you to Chris and Staff at Automotion Vehicle Sales Purchased two Second hand cars for a competitive rate. Cars came with full years MOT and 3 months warranty. Had a common fault with the car bonnet connector on the Ford focus after purchase. (this is a common issue that I have heard other Ford owners speak of) On contacting Chris he had the part delivered and replaced in two days. Reassured us of their professional and reliable service Would recommend and will use again in the future Thank you Chris and Team
i have had an awful experience here. i bought a car and within every single month i had to return because something new was going on with the car every single time. they sold me the car illegally as the wheels were not 1.6mm tread depth. will not be returning. do not buy a car from this place you will get heavy scammed
Purchased a beautiful car from Chris, 3 weeks ago. When we arrived, the car was in amazing condition and you can tell a lot of care and attention to detail had been taken, so that it looked it's best. A week after buying, we noticed an issue with the car. After emailing in, Chris arranged for us to bring it back and to have any work completed that it needed. We were on a deadline , due to me starting medical treatment and Chris and his team did everything they could to get it sorted as soon as possible. Great communication and so happy with the car!
