This is the third car I have bought from Auto Technics and I wasn't disappointed. Both sales and service personnel are some of the best you will find. Steve is not a pushy salesman but honest and straightforward and great at sorting any issues. I had a couple of minor problems and he had the car in and sorted within a couple of days, and no messing about. I cannot fault them and definitely worth a five star rating all round. I was quite anxious about buying a New car on my own as a women But felt totally at ease here with steve helping through the process after finding the car i wanted . He\u2019s a very patient man . A good selection of great motors at this Garage and good attention to detail . Car all mot , serviced and cleaned ready for me to do paper work and drive away plus enough fuel in tank . A1 customer service .
Huge thanks to Steve for making buying a used car an absolute doddle. You couldn't ask for better customer service. We were ready to take the car ,as is, but Steve asked us to leave it a few days to put a full MOT & service on it. Good old fashioned customer care & we are thrilled with our Citroen Picasso. We bought our Peugeot 308 from Steve at the start of April. He was absolutely fantastic letting us look at all the cars and ask as many questions as we liked. He accepted our Toyota aygo as a trade in which gave us money off our new car. The finance forms were quickly filled out, and Close Brothers Motor Finance had called us within an hour and accepted us! Our Peugeot came with a full service and a new cambelt before we collected it. Sadly, within the first day the engine light came on. We informed Steve and he quickly ensured he would fix it. We had our car back within a few days, they had to fix a sensor issue, this was fixed for free due to our 3 months warranty that was given. Overall we found the whole experience fantastic and very easy. We are planning on going back for our next car in a few years when we fancy an upgrade! We really can\u2019t thank Steve and his team enough for their services.
