I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. They sold me a car that was already damaged and malfunctioning, without disclosing any of its history. When I tried to return it — which I was fully entitled to — they refused, ignored my messages, and were unavailable when I visited in person. I also paid \xa3100 to their appointed mechanic, yet eight months later the repairs are still incomplete. This experience feels dishonest and unacceptable, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Post sale car breakdown has resulted in this company completely ignoring messages on whatsapp, email (website queries) and letters. Bought a car in August, it immediately started developing faults, and almost right at the expiration of warranty the car breaks down. Auto City Trader are not taking responsibility for anything and are basically trying to get rid of me by referring me to the warranty company to repair the car, when they know that the warranty plan does not cover the part that's broken down. Received good customer service prior to purchase but anything after that has been a nightmare. No apologies, no resolutions, nothing. They have left me with a massive bill expecting me to cover it when they know they have sold a car that had pre-existing faults.
