Austin's autos offer a fast and efficient service. Good selection of 2nd hand cars at realistic prices in todays market. Friendly and non pushy salesman. Bought our car almost as soon as it made the forecourt. Fully mot'd, serviced, valeted and warranty given, giving a little extra peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use Austin's Autos again in future.
Wouldn't have put a star but be careful you don't buy a car that he's selling for a friend, completely different person will see a different side to him then put the phone down on me. Bought a bmw that he was selling for a friend used it 2 weeks took it to a garage needed new engine we paid 1,600 for another engine 7 wks later still there and found out from the bmw specialist the car was there just before we bought it and the owner was told this, car still there as it needs 4 new injectors another 1,600 not to mention labour on top. Words fail me at the dishonesty,we're lucky we didn't cause a major accident through not fault of ours. He Contacted his friend who then phoned me denied any knowledge absolutely disgusting
I bought a Jag XF from Austin, it went through its MOT and needed some work which was taken care of no problems at all, unfortunately the car developed a performance issue, but I can not fault Austin, the car has been back for repairs under the warranty offered again with no grumbles from Austin. He is a genuine guy and a nice bloke and, most importantly true to his word. I would recommend him to anyone.
