Purchased a l200 recently, had a lot of issues with a 3rd party financer I had organised indipendently of this dealership, causing unnecessary delays. Boys where really understanding and helpful and where a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Pickup was in great nick and exactly as advertised. Would happily give them my business again and would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a car.
After leaving my car at this garage for a remap for 6 days when I came to collect it there were another 240 miles on the odometer. The heavy bloke who I took to be the manager said it was for "testing purposes"! The next day I found in the rear foot well, the wrappers and receipt from a McDonald's in Balloch. A disgusting way to treat their clients.
First class service from start to finish. Called up for MOT on our Audi as Audi Glasgow was booked out. The service here was top top class , from reception staff to mechanics , all very professional , knowledgeable and happy to help. Both women we delt with at front of shop where amazing. The don’t push stuff on you , you don’t need got our car booked in on short notice and will definitely be back for services and other work. 10/10 in every aspect.
Recently purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from the new outlet in Bishopbriggs and cannot recommend this dealership enough. We dealt with Michael who was transparent and open from the get-go. Clear communication throughout and gave the car a full service and fresh MOT before sale. Car had a minor issue which was instantly addressed under warranty. Delighted with the car, thanks to Michael and the rest of the team for making things easy for us throughout!
Very disappointing experience. We brought our Audi A4 to Audi Technik Glasgow after the car went into limp mode and was showing timing-related fault codes. As the car was not safe to drive, we trusted a specialist garage to properly diagnose the issue. After inspecting the vehicle, we were told that the timing belt had failed and we authorised the repair. We paid around \xa3920 for the timing belt kit replacement and related work. Shortly afterwards, the garage contacted us to say that the engine was still not running correctly. At that point we were told the issue was “definitely internal engine damage”, however this conclusion was made without carrying out a compression test, which is a basic diagnostic step to confirm internal engine problems. Instead, we were told that it would cost around \xa32,000 just to dismantle the engine and investigate further, with no guarantee that this would actually resolve the problem. After already spending a significant amount, being asked to pay another \xa32,000 simply to investigate further — without even basic diagnostic confirmation — was extremely frustrating. When we asked whether they would be interested in buying the car, we were offered just \xa3500, despite similar Audi A4 models in good working condition selling for \xa39,000–\xa311,000. This felt particularly insulting considering that we had already spent around \xa33,000 on maintenance work with the same garage the year before, only to face another major issue less than a year later. The situation was made worse by how collection of the vehicle was handled. Because the garage advised the car was not safe to drive, we had to arrange recovery. However, only a couple of days later we were told that storage charges might begin to apply, despite the fact that we were still trying to organise transport for a non-drivable vehicle. To add to this, the old oily timing belt that had been removed was left on the passenger seat, leaving oil residue inside the car, which shows a lack of care for customers’ vehicles. Overall this experience left us feeling that we had spent a large amount of money without receiving a proper diagnosis, resolution, or professional level of care. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Audi Technik Glasgow.
Bought a Kia ceed via salesman jack, What can we say, we had to fly up to Glasgow and drive back the near 500 mile trip, Car was exactly as listed and described over the phone & drove faultlessly, service received was second to none, All the staff very polite and professional at all times and extremely helpful, Jack even collected me and my wife from the airport before starting work that morning, Above and beyond service would highly recommend to anyone, I have been a mechanic in the motor trade for some.years and can honestly say never had or witnessed such quality service and such a pleasure to deal with, we wouldn't think twice to jump on a plane again and buy our next car from them, . Shame more garages aren't at this level of professionalism and quality of cars, Thanks again jack and team for our lovely Kia ceed,
