An excellent experience from start to finish. Went to look at a van at Atlantic after looking for quite sometime. Stephen was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice, I brought the van and its perfect for my small business. Been over 6 months now and no issues, would recommend and now looking for another van to grow my business, so heading over to see you soon! many thanks David

Bought a Van in November 2024. Van has had lots of issues with it. 1. Coolant leak causing engine to over heat. Needing repair and possible engine replacement 2. Van was remapped without being notified 3. Holes in the roof filled with silicone 4. Tracking out causing to have all 4 tyres replaced and tracking done 5. Automatic gearbox jumps in 1st until 2nd gear 6. Paint damage on one side and on bonnet 7. Adblue delete but not notified (not a big issue) Was very disappointed and will not be reccomeneding or buying another van from here. \xa39950 not worth it. After all repairs costing us \xa33000.

Saw a van I liked so put a deposit on it despite only seeing photos and videos so that Atlantic would give it a fresh mot and hold it until the weekend. Van was exactly as described if not better and they also rectified some mot advisory’s and gave it a full service. Stephen is a really nice guy good service would recommend 👍🏼 …

Be cautious when dealing with this seller and don’t take their claims at face value. I purchased a van from Atlantic Truck and Van Centre a few months ago. I was aware the van wasn't new, which was fine, but the seller told me the clutch had been replaced just a few months earlier. That seemed like a strong point in favour of the purchase. However, this turned out to be false information clearly intended to persuade me to buy the van. Today I came back from garage, who replaced the clutch after it started slipping recently. Upon inspection, it was obvious that the clutch was extremely old and had not been replaced as claimed. Dishonest practices like this don’t last long. Be cautious when dealing with this seller and don’t take their claims at face value.

I purchased a van from Norfolk truck and van a couple of months back. I really rated the variety of vans and price ranges which they had. The service was friendly, not pushy whatsoever and was happy for me to sit on my decision without advertising the van I was looking at over night. I had a couple of small problems after purchase which they were more than happy to fit in straight away for repair keeping within my schedule of work. Overall a very happy customer and chuffed with my new van. Really appreciate you help guys.
