Been complaining about a noise from a 200d for a number of visits. On last visit diagnosed by mechanic who spun the wheel and discovered it did not rotate freely. It is inconceivable that this was not picked up at any of the car's previous visits, especially when a health check is carried out on each visit, and for these the car is jacked up. Quite gob smacked by this - please beware
Superb customer service across all areas over 10+ years, I’ve bought second hand and new Audis from Audi Amersham and have been using their service plan exclusively- appreciate the proactive calls to have car booked in and the one to one attention from the service team.
