** DO NOT DEAL WITH ** Regrettably a cliched dreadful experience with this business that apparently represents BMW. Unethical sales behaviour to secure the PCP sale. Guess what, when it comes to claim the complimentary service, the person has left the business and the leadership team wash their hands of it. No thought for long-term customer value and customer experience. VERY POOR organisation indeed. Never again.
Great choice of cars available and a lovely showroom. Dan Spencer at Wakefield went above and beyond our expectations and knows his Mercedes Benz’s inside out. A great experience that ended up in us buying a beautiful car over several visits and test drivers. He’s a true gentleman and an asset to the company.
From booking in to being kept updated throughout to a completed service repair by Michelle in the service department. Its people like Michelle who is the face of the company when we as the client come in, not the MD or the FD but the people we meet on the ground. Really impressed with the whole service.
