Purchased a VW Polo 2012 Auto from Ash back in January. I was skeptical after an awful experience last year with a dodgy dealership, where I was sold a faulty car and given a lot of false information. But Ash gave me the full breakdown of history and tests done on this Polo, was always on hand to speak with if I had any concerns. I can’t fault a single thing about my experience purchasing from here, and I would highly recommend Ash to anyone who comes across this review.

Bought a car from them a few days ago. The owner Ash managed to squeeze in time that was most convenient for me, then after buying the car Ash even helped me sort out all of the paper work that I needed with loads patience and a great attitude. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Stellar service from Ash. Car was in excellent condition and he went the extra mile to get the car MOT'd so I could take it that day as we had travelled a fair distance to get it. Ash was brilliant NO pushy sales pitch he gave us the keys and let us look around at our own leisure before taking a test drive. Exceptional service and if ever needed another car wouldn't hesitate to go back to Ash. Thanks again Ash for top notch service.

Recently purchased a Volvo from ash a nd I can honestly say it was the easiest deal on a car I have ever had. Ash goes out of his way to make sure the vehicle is ready when it should be. Super guy to deal with and the car is great.

Very happy with our experience of buying a Ford Focus with Ash cars. Ash is a very straightforward guy, and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. We had a problem with the clutch a few weeks after buying, and he agreed to have it fixed under warranty. We'd definitely go back to him if we're looking for another car.

Hidden Issues, Useless Warranty & False Promises I bought a car from this seller in December, while the dealer seemed honest, the garage they use for pre-sale checks is not, in my opinion. Car expecting it to be in good condition based on their description. However, soon after purchase, I found multiple hidden issues that were not disclosed, including suspension problems and other costly repairs. I have already spent more than \xa3500 fixing problems that should have been addressed before selling the car. On top of that, the warranty they provided is useless, as no garage I contacted accepts it. It was misleading to offer a warranty that cannot actually be used and even if you don’t want buy it will be offered anyway as part of the deal To make matters worse, they also promised to apply a coat of paint for rust protection, but this was never done. This experience has been frustrating and expensive, and I would strongly advise anyone buying from here to get a full mechanical inspection before purchasing. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Absolute stellar service by Ash and his team. Ash is very honest, knowledgable and explained everything he knew about the car on the day of viewing. When the car was ready for pickup Ash took all the trouble to come and fetch me to his garage as I did not have much access to public transport and needed the car urgently for work. He took the time to go through all the documentation thoroughly and ensured all the works that needed to be done for the car had been carried out for trouble-free motoring. I was also reassured with the 6 months warranty provided and free breakdown cover with AA. Very kind gentleman and goes out of the way to ensure his customers' needs are met. Pleasure to do business with and will surely recommend your garage to others.

Great buying experience with Ash - bought a tidy Passat Estate from him. Made sure it was in top shape before taking away with fresh MOT and some part replacements that were needed taken care of. Very transparent from the beginning when asking about timing belt, water pump, previous fixes/mots/service book, etc. Picked me up to grab the car on his way back to the garage. Got a puncture 1 mile down the road after driving off and he even came down to help. Would go to Ash again for a second hand car. Cheers again Ash!
