Have to say just went to view Ampera very polite professional. At this time decided not to purchase this was nothing to do with car sales . Did test drive gentleman was very informative car drove very well . Felt comfortable at all times Thankyou .

Having been a car nut for 40 years, I've experienced every type of new and used car dealer. I certainly don't expect to experience anything new or surprising at my grizzled late middle age. I visited A&S just to see one particular, unique vehicle as a potential future purchase. Despite clearly not buying anytime soon, I was treated with zero pressure, genuine enthusiasm and interest, with lots of useful info and advice. I walked away feeling like a valued customer despite not purchasing any vehicle and hoped to return when I was ready. I was promised a good deal if I ever returned! That moment came sooner than anticipated and I was keen on a very rare they had for sale, purely by chance (maybe not because they always have lovely, interesting, rare cars.) I was given ample time to look over and test drive the car, was given an exceptional price, a generous warranty and superb after sales support. (Promise delivered!) Sercan in particular was generous with time, advice, signposting useful parts supplies and he did this from a position of genuine care for my satisfaction. After 40 years, I experienced the best customer service from the guys at A&S and can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding experience from a brilliant dealership. Serkan & Or\xe7un were well-informed, cared about the product they were selling, and cared about providing a strong customer experience. They sold me a quality vintage car (that ticked all the precise boxes I had spent quite some time looking for) in good condition for its age at a very reasonable price. At no point was I ever subjected to the "hard sell"- I was allowed to entirely set the pace at my own comfort. When I asked if I could have the car inspected by an independent specialist the team bent over backwards to facilitate it, including staying open late, putting the car on the lift and supplying torches so the inspection could be as thorough as possible. If all dealerships were like A&S Motor, the phrase "He's a bit of a used car salesman" would be a complement. I would return to them in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone; including you, dear reader.

Would definitely recommend A&S Motors, we had great customer service from start to finish. We bought an Audi Q5 from here and we love it! We were welcomed, had no pressure of putting a deposit on the car and had all questions answered. We went ahead and bought the car and it was such an easy process with warranty, tax, etc. We did have a bit of a scare whilst driving home when a gearbox malfunction warning light kept appearing on the dash, I rang serkan straight away and he dealt with it very professionally. He apologised and offered for us to take it back and get a full refund of the car or to take it back and see what the problem was and he would fix it for us. We gave him the benefit of the doubt as we understand things like this happen but the service we recieved was amazing, serkan sent the car off to a gearbox specialist and had it all repaired properly and professionally! The car was gone for a week but we have it back now and it drives like a dream! Very happy with the service we received! Very friendly, experienced people and would Definetley use them again if ever looking for another car! Thanks
