I bought a car click and collect from Edinburgh Sighthil delivered to Inverness. Inverness, I cannot fault. I have already given them a top review separately. What I do have an issue with is Edinburgh. I'll start with the positive. There were bodywork issues. Genuinely, I feel that these should have been taken care of before the car was sent to Inverness but they did get the bodywork sorted so I am happy about that. There was a faint smell which has just got worse. There is absolutely no way they were not aware of this. The car is less than a year old. I've already spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to get rid of the smell and it still exists. I feel like I have been sold a dud. When we were stacking a deal, salesmen were easy to get hold of. After, they are always busy. I would never ever again purchase a vehicle from these people. And I would also not recommend that anyone else does. Car salesmen have a reputation for a reason. Deserved. After your home, a car is your next biggest investment and this has been a poor investment on my part.
