I purchased a car a few days ago as soon as I got home I notice multiple issues with the vehicle (75 reg). With being a new car and only having it for a few hours I wanted to reject the vehicle as it’s well within my rights but instead I was denied. Communication has been minimal, it has been hard to reach anyone. Managers state they are busy and you’ll get a call back, you won’t. I’ve been ringing everyday to get an update but there always seems to be an issue I feel like i’m being left in the dark.
