My van had multiple faults at 1.5 years old (15,000 miles). Got it towed to Arnold clark renault & they refused to look at at for 4 months because they didn't have a master tech. Eventually they just cleared the faulty codes & I was told it was repaired.....all the faults came back & it sat for another 6 months.......worst customer service ever...do not buy anything from this business, it's an absolute shambles.....Eventually my van ran out of warranty & they said its not there problem after waiting & being assured it would be fixed.......beware, booking a repair even under warranty can take months, no curtesy vehicle, just false promises...stay well clear
I had a great experience with this Company’s Bolton branch. In a world where customer service is so lacking these days, this Company is a breath of fresh air and I am grateful to their consultant, Dominic Armstrong-Jackson for guiding me through the whole process of a vehicle purchase in an efficient and professional manner. He kept me informed every step of the way. He is a real credit to his employer. I wish Dominic and the Company all the very best for the future. I highly recommend! 😁👏
Can’t speak highly enough of all the staff I dealt with today at Arnold Clark Servicing in Crow Rd Glasgow. From the receptionist to the service advisor , all very friendly and super professional. The work was carried out on time with a sparkling wash and vacuum to finish off. I also had cause to deal with Chris regarding a new leased car. Again very good and provided me with quality information regarding lease deals. In summary a worthwhile visit and a positive experience. Well done to all.
