My experience buying my new (used) car was straightforward start to finish. I seen the car online and was then put in contact with Ryan from the bathgate branch. He sent over a video of the car & we spoke over the financials. He listened and was understanding. I then went over to the branch and Ryan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He spoke me through all the paper work & what i needed to know. He then kindly showed me the logistics of the new car as it was completely different from my previous car. Everything so far as been straight forward and I am now enjoying getting used to my new car! Thanks again to Ryan!
Didn't get the price I wanted for my trade in which was very disappointing it was definitely worth much more than I was offered.sales guy Darren was a lovely guy he did what he could for me I got a decent deal on my new car process from start to finish was fully explained
I had a very positive experience. The seller was extremely polite, patient, and professional, answering all my questions with great care. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and efficient, and it was clear that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Iām very happy with the service and would definitely choose them again in the future
