Started badly as Gary missed our appointment. Luke Taylor took over and showed us around the car answering all questions. Unfortunately after the transaction while fueling he found a sensor fault which meant we could not take it. 5 days later it was driven to Notts for us. Those 5 days my wife chose not to drive as she wouldn't have full insurance. Luke offered to reimburse us for a further insurance change. We decided against this as too much hassle despite the inconvenience. He offered to put mats in the car as a good will gesture when I expressed Dissappointment because the top spec says they are a standard feature. They were not in the car when it came but luke assures me he will be sending them.
