Just collected my new car from Arnold Clark in Peterhead. The experience was perfect. Derek was so informative and really knew the best car and best deal to suit my needs. The delivery was fast and the car was immaculate when I collected it. All the staff were great and made a fuss of me and I felt great driving away in my new car.
Had a problem with the car I bought a nissan qashqai 25 reg,reported the problem the day after I picked the car up and call numerous times over the month and couldn't get to talk to the salesman to get the problem resolved he was busy with a client was the excuse given,gave up calling in the end and took it to my local nissan dealer and got the display screen replaced after a week on the warranty,very disappointed with your after sales.
