The 60 hassle free warranty is anything but hassle free the aftercare service is non existent, purchased a car for almost 23k low miles and developed a major fault in 10 days of owning the car, if anyone values their sanity, do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs, please read Facebook pages of people's experiences, and tread carefully when dealing with these crooks
I always come to Arnold Clark Oldbury. The staff are very friendly, funny, and accommodating. The process of buying or financing a car is always smooth and easy with lots of cars to choose from. Shout out to product consultant Sunny who always does an amazing job. I ask for him every time as he goes above and beyond to ensure i am a happy customer. I would recommend his services to anyone who attends the oldbury branch. I’m sure all the others there are great at their jobs too!
