Really impressed with Arnold Clark Hyundai Linwood, having first visited AC Glasgow South and having a disappointing experience, I was beginning to doubt buying a car from AC but Ross at Linwood, quickly buried those worries and the whole experience was effortless and worry free.
I have previously purchased cars from various AC branches in Scotland and have had mixed experiences (more positive than negative, but the negative is frustrating each time). This time we have been waiting almost two weeks for the payment of cash back and confirmation of the settlement of our existing finance agreement however all communication from the branch has ceased. If I email I get no response, when I call I just get told it’ll be passed onto the accounts team with no real answers, no one is taking ownership and just providing me with accurate timescales. If it takes a month for example, that’s fine, just say that. To collect the car and told I’ll likely have the money the next day is frustrating when it turns into weeks.
