The whole car buying process was smooth and professional with great assistance from the Product Consultant (sales guy) - I dealt with George in the Stirling branch and he found us the very car we were looking for and guided us through the whole process - even after buying the car there was no hesitation in helping me resolve a tech problem I had with the Arnold Clark App. No problem in recommending you check them out
No detailed instructions on how to set up car technology wise - user profiles for example. Front Number plate on car not secure and we, the customer, had to drive the vehicle to the workshop to get this rectified, An appalling way to hand over a car. No hard copy user manual. Only an online pdf file.
I had a great experience with Arnold Clark, thanks to Okey and Pavan. Okey was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free, with no pressure at all. Pavan handled the Click & Collect handover brilliantly—everything was clear, quick, and well organised. He also took the time to walk me through the car’s features in a simple and helpful way. Really pleased with the service from both. Highly recommended!
