On Saturday, i walked into Arnold Clark Oldbury with the intension to just have a browse and get a feel for what kind of car I’d like. Originally I wanted a petrol hybrid but I saw the BYD Atto 2 Boost as soon as I walked in and I just loved it straight away but the thought of fully electric was daunting to me. I didn’t have the first clue about an electric car but the staff made me feel at ease and explained the whole process and answered my queries and I ended up coming out with an agreement the very same day. By Tuesday my brand new car was on my drive and my old car had been taken care of. Very quick turn around and polite informative staff who actually care about their customers. Thank You Steve and Deepak for all your help!
At the Salford branch I had a fantastic experience buying my new car, and I can’t recommend Jason Brown highly enough. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car rather than just jumping to a straight sale. He helped me calm my nerves as I didn’t know anything about what car I wanted. He made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and the paperwork was straight forward and smooth. A very patient and kind person who didn’t put any kind of pressure on me as I was very indecisive about what I wanted. In the end, he found the perfect car for me at a perfect price. He truly knows his stuff and cares about making his customers feel at ease and happy with their experience.
