Great customers service when is coming to selling, pain in the ass from the service working under the 60 days warranty if you have a problem with your car. I bought a car and after one week, couple of issues come up on the dashboard, electric failure, oil on intercooler,including DPF filter. I drop the car unde the warranty in this morning at 8:00 ( how I was booked) and those guys don't care at all, I call them 3 times during the day to find out what's happening with the car, how long it takes to be repaired etc... They keep saying, someone will call you to let you but never happened.. When I call again, they said, sorry , the service guys are gone. Very unprofessional!
I’m struggling to even give them 2 stars. The first car ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and was found to be faulty. Got recommended a similar car which we took (72 plate with 24k on clock) had it 3 weeks and been in the garage twice. AA called out after only 2 days as toxic fumes were coming into the car and lots of smoke coming out under the bonnet. Car is now back in the garage with same fault a more fumes and smoke. Not good.
