Decided to look into MG Birtley after recommendation from family and friends and we weren't disappointed. Sales consultant Stevie Singh helped make it a stressless process. No hard sell, just said it as it was. Very informative on pricing and vehicle spec variations. From initial showroom visit to receiving the actual vehicle, only took just over 2 weeks. MG reputation increasing positively, as you can see by the growing number of their vehicles on the road.
I found the car in the colour that I was looking for and at a good price, dealing with big James at the Wirral branch made buying from the website easy, he sent me a video showing that the car was in immaculate condition, he got it delivered to Glasgow a few days later for me to collect at Arnold Clark,Hamilton road click and collect where I was looked after in a professional manner.
Buying a car was never so easy and pleasant . I think it was the wholistic package from Receptionist to the excellent young man - Rachel Haider - who was with us through the whole journey of choosing and finally buying the car. I would highly recommend the company, with emphasis on the staff especially. Your staff are the company for the customer, as they are the human interface reflecting the ethos and quality of the the Arnold Clark brand.
