Our experience on the purchase of our new car from the Perth garage was excellent Maty and Lynsey were so helpful and made us feel at ease with the whole process and were so lovely and very professional I would definitely make the hour long trip back to the Mercedes garage to purchase another car from them in the future.😊
The sales consultant Zara was fantastic and was a pleasure to deal with as was everyone we came into touch with at this branch-it is a well run and very organised dealership with a very pleasant atmosphere unlike some experiences I've had in the past at lesser organised franchises.
Purchased a car from the Aberdeen branch which was transferred to Edinburgh for our collection. Initial dealings were smooth enough although the car arrived after 12 days, several days later than advised by sales. Arrived to collect and given it had come from Aberdeen there was no option to test drive as finance was all in place prior to collection. Once home we realised the vehicle just wasn’t what we had hoped for. Mechanically seems sound and nothing faulty but couldn’t get used to changing gear with indicator lever. Frayed edges to parcel shelf and a chip to the lower mid windscreen which we were not advised on and only realised once hope and a few days into using. Since then I have sent multiple emails to customer service team requesting information on a return and advising I would be happy to acquire another vehicle through Arnold Clark. Emails ignored for 2 weeks, finally received the shortest email ever telling me to contact the sale branch. We looked everywhere online for the Aberdeen email address with no luck and have basically been ignored since. Looks like we are stuck paying for a vehicle that we don’t want for the next 4 years. Be warned, everyone is friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you, until you’ve driven away!!
